Mrs. Martino's Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy:  My fundamental goal of teaching is to foster a love of learning in each child that crosses my path.  I achieve this goal by targeting the specific learning styles of my students and creating fun and enriching activities that meet our daily objectives.  I also believe that my students thrive in a nurturing and compassionate environment.  We work hard to build our classroom into a community of learners who care deeply for one another.  If I could instill just one value to my students it would be that learning never ends!  My students see how much we all learn, including me, each day.  Through these daily experiences they learn to become life-long learners!  Teaching is my passion and I believe you should be passionate about the things you love most!
