New Jersey's "Bell-To-Bell" Cell Phone Requirements for the 2026 - 2027 School Year

New Jersey law requires every public school district to adopt a "Bell-to-Bell" policy prohibiting students' non-academic use of cell phones and other internet-enabled devices during the school day.  Policies must be in place for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
