2020 2021 New Student Registration

Dear Parents of New K, 1 & 2 Students.
CBS is open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - Noon. 6/29/2020-8/28/2020.
Masks are required.
CBS is closed on Friday. Email to make an appointment:

Welcome to Bordentown Regional School District:

To register your student, you will need the following –

Transfer card and any grades/report cards available from your previous school
Any special education paperwork, current 504 plan, current IEP
Any test scores available
Birth Certificate - original
Health Record/immunizations/current physical
2 proofs of residency.
One must be a lease or rental agreement/purchase agreement.
The second can be a utility bill or bank statement.
Please provide any court paperwork regarding custody if necessary
Signed records release form
Online registration – you will receive a separate email or letter regarding this – please complete as soon as possible – you will need to complete with 3 emergency contacts
You will need to call and make an appointment to finalize registration. Please feel free to contact me in the main office with any questions.

Nominate a staff member for Governor's Educator of the Year at CBS! Due by 12/11/2019 @ CBS

Do you know a classroom teacher or educational services professional who is dedicated, inspiring, and
making a difference? If so, please take the time to recommend this person for the Governor’s Educator
of the Year Program by completing this nomination form template and returning it to the building
principal by the specified deadline. Administrators, staff members, students, parents and community
members are encouraged to participate.
Please return this form to the building principal by 12/11/2019 @ CBS
Each candidate will be scored based on the criteria below:
• Serves as an exceptionally skilled and dedicated educator in a public or charter school;
• Inspires students of all backgrounds and abilities to learn;
• Demonstrates leadership and innovation in and outside the classroom;
• Has the respect and admiration of students, parents, administrators and colleagues; and
• Plays an active role in the community as well as the school.

Please come to Family Reading Night! Register by November 20.

The elementary teachers and I are pleased to invite you and your school age children to our Family Reading Night on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 6:30-8:15. The event will be held at the Clara Barton School. The evening’s activities will center around teacher-led sessions designed to help you support your child with their reading. Following the grade level reading activities, light refreshments will be served. Register by sending in flier or go to:
